Certain advanced computing, semiconductor, networking, encryption and related technologies may be subject to export-control requirements depending on product specification, origin, destination, end user and end use. This can include requirements in China, the United States and other jurisdictions.
End user / end use
Relevant transactions may require information about the buyer, final destination, end user and intended application, additional documentation or transaction review. You can provide end-user and intended-application details in the optional RFQ fields; further clarification may be requested for the specific transaction.
Destination requirements
Destination-country import and trade rules may apply on a transaction-specific basis. Buyers remain responsible for import licensing and local regulatory requirements.
Sanctions / restricted parties
Relevant transactions may be subject to sanctions or restricted-party requirements.
Documentation
Availability of origin documents, certifications, manufacturer documentation, export documentation and technical files depends on the selected product and supply source and is confirmed during sourcing.
