1. Who we are
SkyTrade Solutions is the international-facing sourcing brand operated by 深圳市天贸供应链有限责任公司 (Unified Social Credit Code 91440300MAK7F23Y48), whose Registered Address is Room C502, No. 3 Yashang, Jixiang Community, Longcheng Subdistrict, Longgang District, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China.
This policy explains how we handle personal information submitted through this website, by email or by WhatsApp. Contact: info@skytradesolutions.com.
2. Information we collect
- Enquiry details: name, company name, business email and optional phone/WhatsApp number.
- Sourcing details: product category, model or part numbers, quantities, destination, Incoterm, delivery date and any additional technical or commercial requirements you provide.
- End-use details: end user / company using the goods and intended application, if you choose to provide them. Further information may be requested for a particular transaction.
- Documents sent directly: BOMs, RFQs, drawings and technical specifications that you send by email or WhatsApp. Website file uploads are currently disabled; you can send documents by email quoting your enquiry reference.
- Technical and security information: the website runs on Cloudflare. The form sends your security-check token to our server, which sends the token and your IP address to Cloudflare Turnstile for verification. The server also uses a daily, hashed IP-based key for rate limiting. Cloudflare receives request and browser information when providing website delivery and security services.
Please do not include sensitive personal information, such as identity documents or financial account details, in your enquiry or documents.
3. How we use information
- To respond to your enquiry and review your requirements.
- To obtain quotations, clarify specifications and coordinate procurement activities you request.
- To request or clarify end-user, intended-use and destination information when relevant to trade-compliance or destination review.
- To keep the website secure and prevent spam or abuse.
- To meet applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell personal information.
4. Who we share information with
- Relevant suppliers and service providers: requirement information may be shared only as needed to evaluate your RFQ, obtain quotations, clarify specifications or coordinate procurement. If you want your company identity withheld from suppliers, say so in your RFQ and we will confirm whether this is possible for your request.
- Cloudflare: website hosting and asset delivery, form processing through Workers, enquiry storage in D1, Turnstile verification, rate limiting and Send Email notifications. The website does not currently store uploaded documents in R2.
- Email notifications: form details, your email as the reply-to address, the reference and submission time are sent through Cloudflare Send Email to our configured business notification mailbox hosted by Google Gmail. Documents are not attached to these automatic notifications.
- Direct contact channels: if you choose a WhatsApp link, you use WhatsApp's service. If you email us, your chosen email service also handles that message. These services handle communications under their own policies; website form submission does not automatically send a WhatsApp message.
- Authorities: where required by law or to protect legal rights.
5. International processing
Our registered business is based in China. Website enquiries are processed through Cloudflare services and stored in Cloudflare D1; email notifications are sent to our configured Gmail mailbox. These services and business access arrangements can involve processing in different countries. Registration in China does not mean that all website data is stored or processed in China.
Where required by applicable law, we take appropriate steps to support lawful international transfers of personal information.
6. Retention
We retain enquiry and RFQ information only for as long as reasonably necessary to handle sourcing enquiries, procurement activities, business records and applicable legal obligations.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of record and whether a transaction proceeds.
You may request deletion by contacting info@skytradesolutions.com, subject to records that we are legally required or reasonably required to retain.
7. Security
Online form submission uses HTTPS, server-side validation, Turnstile verification and rate limiting. The website does not provide a public endpoint for retrieving enquiry records. No online transmission or storage is completely secure.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you are, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email info@skytradesolutions.com. We reply during China business hours (Mon–Fri, UTC+8).
9. Cookies and browser storage
Our website code does not set cookies or use localStorage. The RFQ form uses sessionStorage to keep a random retry key and a SHA-256 summary of your submitted details. This helps prevent duplicate enquiries when a submission is retried; it does not store the raw enquiry fields. Session storage is scoped to the browser tab and session.
We use Cloudflare Turnstile for spam protection. Browser storage or security cookies used by Cloudflare depend on its service configuration. See Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum and Cloudflare's cookie information.
The website does not integrate analytics or advertising tracking tools. Its retry storage is used for form reliability, not analytics or advertising.
If you choose Copy or Download in the enquiry preview, your browser copies the displayed details to your clipboard or saves a text file on your device. These actions are optional.
